This years event was our first visit ever to Innovation Roundtable Summit at Copenhagen. I have to say that I have never been in as a well-organized event that also had not one, not two but at least 10 amazing speakers! Usually, event speeches are a bit the same and heard before and not that inspirational. But the three days (6.-8.11.2018) at Innovation Roundtable was full of inspiration, amazing speakers and a lot of new information at least for me!

Yes, FIBRES (Necorpoint Ltd) is part of The Plug and Play Berlin (Batch 0) acceleration program. The program is a platform aiming to create face-to-face interaction between corporations and startups, and to build engaging relationships with long-lasting effects. Current corporate participants include ALBA and TUI Group, among others. Plug and Play Berlin are looking to start hosting new batches twice a year.

Three years ago our team made a strategic decision that changed our course from consulting business to a software business. We wanted to provide a solution that helps organizations get really connected to changes around them and plan their actions accordingly.

I promised I’ll share my experiences on how it feels like to be part of an international startup accelerator program, and to be on our journey towards ‘hybrid foresight’ and ‘smart strategies’. Call it “Confessions of a CEO’.

Well, what's next? Always the million dollar question, especially now as artificial intelligence (AI) is in the midst of the tech hype. Since our own FIBRES' development will entwine with AI, it's due time to take a look into some of the concepts and terminology. I'll try and outline at least how we approach these from our business point of view.
