If you work in foresight, strategy, innovation, or any function responsible for helping your organization prepare for what comes next, you already know how quickly the world is shifting.

This year, that pace of change only accelerated. At FIBRES, we have been focused on one mission throughout 2025: to make powerful, collaborative foresight possible for every team.

Whether you are conducting horizon scanning, monitoring trends, aligning stakeholders, or building scenarios for the future, our goal is to help you do that work with more clarity, more confidence, and far less friction.

As the year comes to a close, we want to look back at the progress we have made together and share what you can expect from FIBRES in the year ahead.

Strengthening our team to better support foresight professionals

Foresight is ultimately a people driven practice. This year, we invested in strengthening the human expertise behind the FIBRES platform so that we can support our users even more effectively.

Welcoming Anna

In December, we welcomed Anna Grabtchak as our new Client Executive. Anna brings deep experience in helping organizations turn insights into action.

Her role at FIBRES centers on supporting adoption, enabling collaboration, and helping foresight teams move from scanning and analysis to real impact.

Introducing Sakari

Earlier this year, we also welcomed Sakari Nisula, a long time foresight expert who knows FIBRES inside and out.

Sakari has already been working closely with our customers to optimize workflows, strengthen trend tracking processes, and build more resilient futures intelligence capabilities.

Together, Anna and Sakari enhance our commitment to helping teams succeed not just with technology, but with the craft of foresight itself

Foresight Agents: our most significant product update to date

One of the major milestones of 2025 was the launch of Foresight Agents, the largest single feature update in our history. Many teams shared a common challenge with us: gathering information and turning that information into clear insights and actionable outputs remains highly time consuming.

Foresight Agents addresses this need directly by helping teams automatically scout for signals and build the first drafts of foresight radars in a matter of hours (planning included) instead of weeks or months.

Foresight Agents have already unlocked totally new ways of working and made previously unachievable feats possible. They are designed to act as collaborators, not replacements for human judgment. They offer acceleration, structure, and support, while keeping you fully in control of your foresight process.

A year of continuous development and improvement

With 67 platform updates (and counting), we're continuing our highly agile and proactive way of developing our platform.

FIBRES has always been built through rapid, user driven development. This year alone, we released more than one update per week, and each improvement reflects our goal of making foresight easier, more scalable, and more integrated into everyday decision making.

Some of this year’s key enhancements include:

This pace of development is something we are proud of, and we are grateful for the positive feedback we continue to receive from our users regarding speed, agility, and responsiveness.

Growing the foresight ecosystem through strong partnerships

In 2025, we also deepened our partnerships with organizations that share our commitment to advancing foresight.

These partnerships are part of a broader vision to create a more connected foresight ecosystem, where insights move fluidly across tools, teams, and processes.

Looking into 2026: building the future of collaborative foresight

As we look ahead, we see 2026 as a pivotal year for expanding what foresight teams can achieve with FIBRES. Our focus will center on three core directions.

More human-AI collaboration

AI will increasingly support all stages of foresight work, from scanning to structuring to storytelling.

Our commitment is to keep AI as a collaborative partner that accelerates your expertise so that your impact grows bigger and actionable foresight can be delivered where needed, when needed.

More human human collaboration

Foresight thrives when more people participate, but effective collaboration requires both structure and flexibility.

In 2026, we will introduce new ways to involve colleagues across strategy, innovation, R&D, risk, market intelligence, product development, investing, and more. FIBRES will continue evolving into a platform that enables not only collective understanding of the futures, but collaborative building of the best possible future.

More accessible and adaptable foresight workflows

We will further expand FIBRES to support a wider range of foresight maturity levels, work styles, and organizational needs.

Whether you are building strategic foresight, innovation foresight, or futures intelligence for risk management, market intelligence, or investment, FIBRES will continue to be the home where your foresight work lives, grows, and creates impact.

Thank you for being part of this journey

We are deeply grateful to every customer, partner, and member of the foresight community who has contributed to our progress this year. Your insights, feedback, and aspirations guide our roadmap and inspire our work.

As we step into 2026, we look forward to continuing this journey with you and helping your organization anticipate change, uncover opportunities, and turn futures thinking into meaningful action.

Here is to a new year of clarity, collaboration, and forward looking strategy!
