Team FIBRES has a new shark-slipper-wearing Head of Customer Engagement, Ms Maija Forsell.
She joined the team this August and her main domain is to be the best contact point for organizations wanting to boost their future preparedness and strategic management with tools like FIBRES.
Maija’s background is in ICT and services businesses and she is really taken by the ideology behind futures thinking and good strategic management. She believes that all organizations should be lead with clear and future proofed strategic steps. Not to forget that making sure strategies get communicated and implemented with care. Aside from that, she’s also an equestrian (fancy word for a horsey girl) and a dog owner. She lives in Vantaa, Finland, with her soon-to-be husband and three dogs.

I’m a person who wants to look forward, see different possible scenarios and try to make clear steps and goals towards the future. It might sound bit obvious, but I’m really proud to join the team that builds tools to support exactly that!” Maija says.
